About Mini Refrigerator Zone

Updated on

Mini Refrigerator Zone is an independent buying-guide site about mini fridges and compact refrigerators. We help you compare models and pick one that fits your space.

We write for homeowners, DIYers, retirees and anyone who needs a second fridge for a garage, den, bedroom or desk corner. You don't need appliance know-how, because we explain terms like cubic feet, manual defrost and reversible door in plain words.

What we cover

Our guides cover mini fridges with and without a freezer, retro styles, glass door drink fridges, 4.5 cubic foot models and apartment-size refrigerators. We also answer common questions about power, fit, temperature and care.

Many guides compare two brands or two types side by side, so you can see the trade-offs before you buy.

What we do

We read the specs, features and maker information for every model we cover. We also look at what buyers often say after living with one.

Then we turn it into plain guides and clear picks. You can read more on our How we research page.

What we don't do

We don't make or sell refrigerators, and no brand pays us to rank its products.

Mini Refrigerator Zone is not affiliated with Midea, Frigidaire, Igloo, Upstreman, Euhomy or any other maker. We also don't give wiring or repair instructions, so follow each maker's manual and your local electrical rules.

We don't claim to have tested every product ourselves. When we pick something, we tell you why, based on its specs, its features and buyer feedback.

How we earn money

Some links on this site go to stores like Amazon. If you buy through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

That never changes which products we pick. Our affiliate disclosure has the details.
